Landal GreenParks

Landal GreenParks have previously been deeply involved in the plans to build the Roanhead resort. The building of the resort, and the immense footfall from it threaten to wipe out 25% of the UK's natterjack toad population. This development would cause irreversible damage to a unique and extremely important sand dune ecosystem at Sandscale Haws NNR.

We published an open letter to the directors of Landal GreenParks asking them to reconsider their involvement in the Roanhead resort project, and to withdraw from the development. Landal GreenParks have not withdrawn from the development. but they publicly "suspended discussions" with Andrew Coutts in 2023. It is NOT enough.
